1. The fanclub activities& the plans
The fanclub activities, managing and the plans are noticed at the SOULTREE homepage(www.soultreepark.co.kr).
You have to check out the notice and get the benefit as a member during the activities date.
It doesn’t have the responsibility about the disadvantage by you who don’t check out the notice.
The notice is opened at the fanclub page, there is no individual contact.

  1. The managing of fanclub & The managing of the membership fee
    The fanclub is managed in consideration of fanclub’s board members and SOULTREE members, the information of using the membership fee is opened through the fanclub homepage at the board.

  2. The application of SOULTREE 2013 will progress through the temporary board (http://cafe.daum.net/soultree2013).

  3. After becoming a member, you will be able touse the charged site in the official homepage.

  4. The membership number : You can get the membership number as the deposit record, it can change some part as the progress that checking the member registration.
    (The deposit record is the record of the membership fee’s passbook, It is not the record of individual remittance.)

  5. The membership card
    You can get the membership card after the fanclub “SOULTREE” membership is checked.
    It is same to ID card that SOULTREE give you, so you have to bring to all of events.
    It is not reissued, so please be careful of losing it.
    There is no responsibility about the problems as you don’t write the accurate information in the application form.
    If you want to change your information, you will change at the homepage.

[Other cautions]
⊙ Certainly, you must deposit the membership fee first, and then you write the application form.
⊙ When you deposit the fee, you must write your real name.
⊙ You must not change the form and must write correctly.
⊙ You can participate with the deposit paper of the SOULTREE membership fee before you get the membership card. After you get the membership card, you have to participate with the card.
⊙ The card is not reissued.(Be careful of losing it.)
⊙ All of SOULTREE activities is checked by the card and at the schedule and fanmeeting, it is used as the deposit paper.
