Park Hyo Shin has participated in the cultural event “K-Pop Festival” as part of Sapporo’s snow festival singing “Snow Flower”. In this article, he mentions how he avoided singing this song in the winter during his army service because snow was a rather frustrating element to the soldiers (soldiers were often sent out to help clear snow; things are generally much difficult) and how he was surprised to know he had fans overseas. He knew about his fans overseas when he was in the army and feels thankful that they like him despite not being able to get to them as much as the fans in Korea. He names Japanese singers Nakashima Mika, Mr. Children and more as some of his favourite Japanese artists and confides he has traveled to Japan for the sole purpose of going to Mr. Children’s concert before. As for his future, PHS mentions he intends to release a new album by spring at the latest (he has self-made songs ready and is at work) and wants to try everything that seems interesting. Lately he has become keen to make appearances on entertainment shows; with lots of programs such as Running Man or 1 Night 2 Days where he can naturally fit in, he wants to give them a go.
I suppose we could be hopeful we may see him running around ripping name tags off or sleeping outdoors in a tent with SSK? ^^”
